The Bucas Sun Shower Turnout Rug is a lightweight, waterproof and breathable turnout, designed specifically for warm, wet weather conditions where standard turnouts are too heavy. Ideal for use during summer rain showers and sunny spells, this rug provides excellent protection without overheating your horse.

Featuring a durable 840D nylon outer, the Sun Shower offers superior waterproofing while remaining highly breathable. Its silver sun-reflective colour helps deflect sunlight, keeping your horse cooler and more comfortable on hotter days.

The rug is lined with a large waffle mesh lining, which promotes continuous airflow between layers, allowing heat and moisture to escape while maintaining comfort and dryness.

Condition: The item must be unused and unfitted. We cannot accept returns on products that show signs of wear, installation, or alteration.
Original Packaging: For a successful return, all items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any other components that were included with the product. This ensures the item can be resold and helps us maintain the quality of our inventory.

Remove excess dirt, hair and mud before washing

Close all fastenings, including the Click’n Go front closure, surcingles and leg straps

Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle

Use Bucas Rug Wash or a mild, non-biological detergent

Do not use fabric conditioner or bleach

Do not tumble dry

Allow to air dry naturally, away from direct heat sources

Do not iron

Re-proofing:

Re-proof the outer fabric as needed using a suitable waterproof rug re-proofer
