Bucas Buzz-Off Riding Rug

The Bucas Buzz-Off Riding Rug is a lightweight, breathable two-part mesh fly rug designed to protect your horse from flies and insects while riding. Its flexible and practical design allows for adjustable coverage, making it ideal for warm-weather exercise, hacking, or turnout before and after riding.

The rug features a detachable neck (hood) that provides extended protection to the neck, chest, and shoulders. The hood is secured with Hook & Loop fastenings at the withers and in front of the saddle, while an elastic browband helps keep it securely in place during movement.

The riding rug section covers the horse’s back and sides and includes a cut-away saddle area for a comfortable, non-restrictive fit. A tail flap offers additional protection to the hindquarters, while cross surcingles, a fillet string, and leg strap attachment points ensure stability during use.

Made from durable mesh fly fabric, the Buzz-Off Riding Rug allows maximum airflow to keep your horse cool while effectively repelling insects. Reflective piping improves visibility in low-light conditions, adding an extra level of safety when riding or hacking out.

Available in Blue Mesh or Zebra Mesh, the zebra pattern has been proven to help confuse and repel flies, offering enhanced insect protection.

Timeliness: The return or exchange request must be initiated within 30 days of the original order fulfillment date. This means the 30-day window begins the day your order is marked as delivered or collected.
Condition: The item must be unused and unfitted. We cannot accept returns on products that show signs of wear, installation, or alteration.
Original Packaging: For a successful return, all items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any other components that were included with the product. This ensures the item can be resold and helps us maintain the quality of our inventory.

Use Bucas Rug Wash or a mild, non-biological detergent

Allow to air dry naturally, away from direct heat sources

Do not iron
