Uhip Winnie Raincoat – Women’s Long Waterproof Riding & Outdoor Coat
Stay completely dry on wet riding and outdoor days
The Uhip Winnie Raincoat is a long, fully waterproof women’s raincoat designed for equestrians and anyone who spends time outdoors in unpredictable British weather.
Made from durable polyester with a protective PU coating, welded seams and a wide storm flap covering the front zip, the Winnie offers 10/10 water resistance and 10/10 wind protection.
Whether you're riding, walking the dog, watching your children play football, working at the yard or standing on the sidelines in pouring rain, the Winnie provides long-length protection without restricting your movement.
Fully waterproof protection
Unlike a shower-resistant jacket, the Uhip Winnie is designed for properly wet weather. Its waterproof PU construction and welded seams help prevent rain from penetrating the coat, while the storm flap provides additional protection over the two-way front zip.
Extended fold-down cuffs can cover your hands when the weather turns particularly wet and windy, while the high collar provides extra protection around the neck.
Performance ratings:
- Water resistance: 10/10
- Wind protection: 10/10
- Breathability: 1/10
- Warmth: 2/10
Uhip's ratings are estimates designed to make it easier to compare different Uhip garments.
Designed for horse riding
The Winnie isn't simply a long waterproof coat — it has been designed with riders in mind.
A two-way front zip allows the coat to open comfortably when you're in the saddle, while the generous back vent with gusset gives you additional freedom of movement.
Uhip's signature elastic leg straps can be secured around your thighs to help keep the coat in position while riding or walking in windy conditions.
The detachable hood is adjustable and generously sized so that it can be worn over a riding helmet, or tightened when you're wearing it without one.
Reflective detailing on the back also helps improve visibility in darker conditions.
Perfect for the yard, countryside and everyday outdoor life
The Winnie is ideal when you need serious rain protection without the insulation of a heavy winter coat.
Wear it for:
- Horse riding and hacking
- Wet days at the stables
- Dog walking
- Country walks
- Watching football and outdoor sports
- Equestrian events and competitions
- Spectating and standing outdoors
- Everyday wet-weather activities
With a warmth rating of just 2/10, there's plenty of flexibility to adjust what you wear underneath according to the season. Layer it over warmer clothing during colder weather or keep your layers lighter on mild but rainy days.
Size & Fit
The Uhip Winnie Raincoat has a regular fit with enough room underneath for thicker layers.
If you're between two sizes, Uhip recommends choosing the smaller size.
Coat length: approximately 114 cm in size 38, varying by approximately 1–2 cm between sizes.
